Mary
Kay Becker, an Aberdeen native, served with distinction as Judge on the Court
of Appeals, Division One for the past ten years. She’s been Chief Judge since
2002. The King County Bar Association rates her as “Exceptionally Well
Qualified,” their highest rating. Ms. Becker’s involvement in the efforts to
regulate oil tanker traffic on Puget Sound inspired her to write a novel
entitled Superspill.
